AAUP Unit 2 approves Tentative Agreement

The members of AAUP Bargaining Unit 2– faculty members whose positions are supported by Perkins Grant funds– approved a Tentative Agreement for a new contract on Jan. 14.

The College Board of Trustees is expected to vote on the Tentative Agreement at their meeting scheduled for Jan. 22.

The new Agreement will replace the contract that expired Dec. 22, 2018. The AAUP and the College administration agreed to extend the terms of the contract while negotiations were taking place.

A summary of provisions of the new contract will be posted after the Board of Trustees vote.
